What is Oolong tea ?
Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea. It’s made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Oolong is created when leaves are wilted in the sun and slightly bruised to create partial oxidation.
Nutrients: Oolong tea contains several vitamins, minerals, and helpful antioxidants. Oolong tea also contains L-theanine, an amino acid shown to have positive effects on relaxation and cognitive performance.

Uses: Infuse a tbsp of Oolong leaves in a cup of hot water 1–3 times a day. You can add some honey or goji berries for sweetly taste, as well as lime or ginger.
