Our cakes are freshly baked to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because we don't keep these items in stock, we require a 2-day pre-order before your desired delivery date.
Why Pre-Order? - Freshly baked goods like our cakes are made from scratch after your order is placed. This process guarantees that you receive your goodie at its freshest, straight from our oven to your door.
How Pre-Ordering Works:
Order Placement: When you place your order for a cake, please note that the baking process will start two days after your order date. With our standard delivery time of 2-3 open days, this means the total time from order to delivery will be 4-5 open days. For example, if you order on Monday, the earliest delivery would be the following Friday or Monday, depending on our delivery schedule.
Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed by 12 PM (noon) two days before the baking day to meet our baking schedule.
Delivery: Once baked, your cake will be packaged to maintain its freshness during transit and delivered within our standard 2-3 open days nationwide delivery window, starting from the day of baking.
Special Events: Planning for a special occasion? We recommend ordering at least two business days in advance to account for both the baking and delivery time, to avoid any last-minute disappointments.
