Best practices
In order to deliver the best possible customer experience, we do the following:- ALWAYS GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER: in this way, you always know WHEN we shipped the package, WHEN it left Thailand, and WHEN it arrived in your country. You will then be able to see that we
usually ship your order within 24/48h from the order itself. Any other possible delay is due to the postal service - ALWAYS BUY IT FRESH: in the case of food items, we always buy them fresh, and we do not overstock them. In this way, you will receive a product that is as fresh as possible
- COMPUTERIZED BARCODE CHECK: Before closing an order, all the items are re-scanned with the barcode and if one items does not match, the operator is not able to proceed with the shipping. In this way, you can be 100% sure that what you receive matches 100% with what you ordered
- PLENTY OF FOAM/PAPER: In the case of a fragile item, we wrap it in either bubble wrap or in several layers of paper/foam, depending on what's most suitable for that item, to ensure a perfect delivery
- PICTURE OF THE SHIPMENT: Our operators always take a picture of the shipment, so we can prove that it started in a good condition, not broken nor damaged
Price mismatch
If for any reasons, including but not limited to errors on the website, on the database, unavailability of the products, etc., LocalThaiShop cannot and/or do not want to ship the order, LocalThaiShop will contact the customer within 96 (ninety-six) hours from the order, offering a full and/or partial refund. If the customer chooses a full refund, LocalThaiShop will immediately refund the customer for the whole order. However, if the customer accepts to receive the order without the missing item(s), LocalThaiShop will refund the full cost of the items that will not be shipped.LocalThaiShop will not be held responsible, in any way, for any loss that the customer will/could receive due to the unavailability of the product itself.
Orders Cancellation
Once placed and paid in full, orders cannot be cancelled.Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been paid in full. To cancel an order, please send an email to info @localthaishop.com
Returns
Regardless of all the care that we take, it could happen that you receive the item in a not-satisfactory state, or that you expected it to be different, and you would like to change it or to get a refund. No problem!Simply contact us to get a ARN (Authorized Return Number), citing the order number and, if possible, provide some pictures and/or explanation of what's wrong.
Our operators will give you all the information for the return, so that you can be fully reimbursed.
